The simplest way to judge something before you do it is to look at your own past days that were like it.

A day of work and body

See your agent work on the same time axis as sleep and heart rate.

Claude Code and Codex sessions are grouped by work topic into blocks on the timeline. Open a block to see that work's goals and results, and follow the same axis through the day's heart rate, HRV, meals, events, and that night's sleep.

02Ask

Ask your own records

Ask in plain words. Decis answers from your own records.

Ask something like “Did my sleep change after I cut back on coffee?” and Decis looks through your connected sleep, training, meals, calendar, and work records, then answers conclusion first, followed by evidence, interpretation, and next action. The dates it checked and the records it was missing are part of the answer, so when the evidence is thin, it says so.

Over the last four weeks, how did my sleep that night and next-day HRV differ between long and short agent-work days?

Decis

Conclusion

Over the last four weeks, next-day HRV tended to be lower after days with more than nine hours of agent work. The clearer differences came from when the work ended and how many topics you covered, more than from total hours.

Evidence

  • Nine of the 28 days had more than nine hours of work. Next-day HRV averaged 41ms after those days, 6ms below the 47ms average after the others.
  • On the six days when your last work session ended after midnight, sleep averaged 5h 52m, 1h 12m shorter than the 7h 04m on other nights.
  • On the eight days with six or more work topics, sleeping heart rate averaged 3bpm higher. On the seven days with three or fewer, it stayed within your usual range.
  • Long work days ran back to back three times, and next-day HRV was below your four-week average after the second day all three times.

Interpretation

In these records, when you stopped and how many things you juggled moved with that night's records more consistently than how long you worked. The samples are small, at nine and six days, and factors that rise on long days, such as deadlines or caffeine, may be mixed in. This is an association, not proof that the work caused it.

Next action

For the next two weeks, consider ending your last work session before 11 PM and grouping the day into three topics or fewer. Ask the same question in two weeks and Decis will compare the result with the records from before the change.

Data coverage

Reviewed 28 days from June 20 through July 17, including sleep, heart rate, HRV, 31 calendar events, and 64 Claude Code and Codex work blocks. Work done without an agent running is not in the records.

Find which events leave you slow to recover the next day.

For every recurring event, like the weekly operations review, Decis gathers next-day HRV, sleeping heart rate, and sleep and shows how often it went that way, such as 6 of 8 times. You also see which weekdays and hours your meetings cluster in. A pattern is shown as a pattern, never as a cause.

How to connect and disconnect

Questions builders ask

Start with the days you worked late.

Selecting a question fills the Ask composer first. Decis does not treat a visible relationship as a cause, and it tells you when the records are too thin to answer.

Answers that cannot reach a conclusion because records or sample size are insufficient do not use your question allowance.

Connections and privacy

Read only what you allow. Leave the originals untouched.

Connect Apple Health through the iOS app, Google Health by approving access with your Google account, and Google Calendar for read-only schedule context.

Review requested permissions before connecting. Decis does not change records in connected services, and you can manage source-specific synced data and your Decis account data in Settings.

  • Minimal, read-only access

Decis requests only the permissions needed for the feature and does not change originals in connected services.

  • Protected in transit and at rest

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you begin.

The essentials about these product views, connections, answers, privacy, and health and wellness information.

Are these the actual product screens?

Yes. The UI components and visualizations used in Today, Timeline, Calendar, and Ask are rendered here from the same product code. The dates, values, and event names shown are public de-identified examples, not a user’s records.

Which records can I connect?

You can connect sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity, training, and nutrition records from Apple Health through the iOS app or from Google Health, and connect Google Calendar for read-only schedule context.

What happens when there is not enough evidence?

If records or sample size are insufficient for a conclusion, Decis explains what is missing and which records would help. That answer does not use your question allowance.

How is health data protected?

Decis uses read-only access within the scope you approve and encrypts data in transit, stored data, and connection credentials. You can manage connected sources and account data in Settings.

Can Decis give medical advice?

Decis organizes everyday wellness records and presents observed patterns. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Confirm important health and safety decisions with a qualified medical professional.

Where Decis is heading

How far can your records take you?

Today Decis compares your past records to help with today's choice. The more records you have, the closer they come to a model of you, and the goal is to use that model to judge a change before you make it.

Getting started

Three steps from your terminal.

There is no new app to learn. Connect your wearable and your agent work, then ask from the AI you already use.

  1. Sign up and connect a wearable

Connect Apple Watch through the Decis iOS app, Fitbit through Google Health, or WHOOP by authorizing your account. Add Google Calendar for schedule context.

  2. Connect your agent work

Install the CLI with brew install tab0inc/tap/decis-cli, then run decis auth login and decis work connect. Your Claude Code and Codex work appears on the timeline.

  3. Ask from the AI you already use

Paste the Decis MCP address into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor for a read-only connection. The setup guide is in the Ask menu after you sign up.
