Decis is operated by Tab0 Inc. By using the service, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the service
Decis organizes connected records so you can reflect on everyday wellness patterns. Its output does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment instructions.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must protect your account and connection permissions. Do not connect another person's information without authorization or attempt to bypass service security or usage limits.
Work data and confidential information
You must have authority to process and transmit any code, conversations, or repository-related information synced from an AI work agent to Decis. Do not connect sessions containing third-party confidential information, trade secrets, personal data, or material that a contract prohibits you from transmitting externally. Automated summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate; verify important work outcomes in the source repository and records.
Subscriptions and billing
Each account receives a one-time 7-day free trial of Plus without a payment method. Unless you subscribe, your account returns to Free without charge. Subscribing charges the displayed amount immediately and renews automatically on your selected monthly or annual interval. You can review payment details and invoices or cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and request procedures are governed by our separately published Refund policy. Canceling a subscription prevents a future renewal; it is separate from a refund of a payment that has already been processed.
History retention and export
Free keeps full-resolution source records for 90 days; Plus keeps them for 5 years. Day-level trends are kept without a time limit on both plans. On Free, history older than the retention window is not newly collected, and records already stored are not deleted because of this policy. If the retention policy changes, members who joined before the change keep their existing terms. On any plan you can export all of your own data, free, at any time.
Changes and availability
Features and allowances may change as the service improves. Material paid-plan changes will be communicated reasonably in advance. Maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily interrupt service.
Limits of responsibility
Use Decis as a reference and verify important health, safety, or financial decisions with an appropriate professional. Liability for indirect losses is limited to the extent permitted by law.
